Healthy and delicious avocado with tomato salad

Ingredients:

One avocado

One  tomato

A pinch of salt

Tbsp lemon juice

A small red onion

Parsley or coriander leaves

Black olives

Olive oil

Method:

Wash the vegetables wel.

peel the avocado, and cut into pieces

Then chop the tomatoes, add olive oil and lemon and a pich of salt.

Stir and serve it with.

Tip

You can add corn and cucumber.

Smoked Salmon sandwich

 Ingredients:

Full corn bread (optional)

Cream cheese: 1 tablespoon

Smoked salmon: 2 slices

Cucumber: 1 piece (peeled and cut into rings)

Red Onion: 1 piece (small / sliced)

Rocca leaves

Steps:

Lay the bread slices on a flat, smooth surface, and coat the first slice with cheese.

Fold the salmon slice to match the size of the bread slices.

Place a cucumber and a slice of onion on top of the second slice of bread, then place it on top of the salmon with the onion on the top.

Lay the last slice of bread as the last layer, secure the layers with a small wooden stick, and serve.

Ingerdients:

Garlic: 2 cloves (finely chopped).

Basil: 2 cups (leaves, fresh, chopped).

Pine nuts: 1/4 cup (toasted) .

Parmesan cheese: 1/3 cup (grated).

Olive oil: half a cup.

Cream cheese 2 cups.

How to prepare

1- In an electric mixer put the basil.

2-then add the chopped garlic and pine nuts.

3- Add parmesan cheese.

4- Stir the mixture well then add the olive oil gradually.

5-Put the pesto sauce in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir.

6- Put the creame cheese in a bowl, then add the pesto sauce, stir, and serve.

Potatoes and vegetables pancake

Ingredients:

Potatoes: 4 grains (boiled and mashed)

Tomatoes: 2 chopped small

Peppers: 2 (small chopped)

Carrots: 1 piece (grated)

Pinch of salt and cumin

Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

White flour: a tablespoon

Method:

Mix all ingredients and put them in pancake molds.

Place the pans on a tray and put them in an oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes.

Put it for 3 minutes under the grill to get a golden color.

You can serve it on your breakfast or dinner.

Quick Tuna Sandwitch.

Ingredients:

A can of tuna

Shreded big onion.

Chopped 2 cloves of garlic.

Chopped medium tomatoe

Green pepper.

A little water (roughly a quarter cup)

Parsley + dill A tablespoon of cumin

Black pepper,salt and oregano to taste

Method:

Sauté onions and garlic with oil until tender.

Add tomatoes, pepper, peppercorn, tomato paste and sauté.

Add the tuna, parsley, dill, spices and a little water

Cook 5 minutes, spread over toast and serve.

Tip: you can add cheese on the top and put it in the oven till the cheese melts.

Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

Lettuce leaves.

Tablespoon of salt.

Yogurt

Half a chicken breast.

One tablespoon of olive whit.

Two pieces of toast.

Lemone juice

Cherry tomato.

Spoonful of cream cheese

Spoon ful of mustard sauce.

How to prepare:

1- First of all prepare the salad dressing by mixing cream cheese, lemon, mustard, yogurt, and stirring until you get a sauce.

2- Brush the toast with olive oil and get it toasted.

3-Clean the chicken, cut it into longitudinal slices.

4-Season with lemon, vinegar, and black pepper, and leave it a little to taste.

5-Wash the lettuce leaves, then chop it.

6- Fry or grill the chicken slices.

7-Cut the toast into squares.

8-In a bowl add the sauc ,toast squares,lettuce leaves,chicken slices and serve it.

Add little amount of the dressing on the top and

Tip: you can add parmesan cheese on the top too.
